Customer Satisfaction Survey

This survey is voluntary and completely confidential.  We want your feedback to improve our overall experience, as well as the programs and services like the ones you have received from NWCSA.

 

Community Needs Assessment

Every three years, community action programs like NWCSA are required to conduct a community needs assessment.  The Community Needs Assessment (CNA) is a comprehensive process to determine the needs and resources within a community to lift individuals and families out of poverty and encourage self-reliance. A tool that has moved beyond a best practice, the CNA is now a key resource for planning, application, program implementation, and evaluation.  For NWCSA, we utilize the information received from this survey and the report that is generated to create our next 3-year Strategic Plan for the agency.

To create the Community Needs Assessment, we need to survey the clients, partners, staff, and the general public through a survey with 42 questions.  This survey will help us to write the Community Needs Assessment report and we need your help by taking the survey.  From January 2025 through April 2025, the survey will be available for you to take.  The final report will be available, after approval by the NWCSA Board of Directors in October 2025.
