About NWCSA

NWCSA is dedicated to wrap around stability and support for low-income residents across five Northwestern Wisconsin counties.

Our programs include energy assistance, homeless services/shelter, food pantry, WIC, RSVP, Closets & Cupboards, Coordinated Entry,
affordable & transitional housing and Adult Day Services.

Our service delivery area is comprised of primarily rural populations covering 5,800 square miles.

Northwest Wisconsin Community Services Agency, Inc. (NWCSA) is a private non-profit entity incorporated under Wisconsin Statues
on the 16th day of May 1967, in accordance with the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.

An Executive Director, appointed by the Board of Directors, acts on behalf of NWCSA to manage the operations of the organization.
NWCSA is a federally funded agency and is also the recipient of State block grants and local government funds.
